Accessibility

GIGS TEAM wants people with different needs, devices and assistive technologies to be able to find information and request tyre assistance. We aim to make the site understandable and usable, including for people with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a development reference point. We have not completed a formal independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit of the live Hostinger installation, so this page is not a certification or blanket claim of compliance.

• Logical headings, clear labels and consistent page navigation.
• A “Skip to content” link and visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
• Keyboard-accessible native form controls and expandable FAQ questions.
• Layouts designed to reflow on phones, tablets and narrower screens.
• Adjustable text sizing through standard browser zoom features.
• Reduced-motion support for people who request fewer animations.
• Descriptive alternative text on relevant images, with decorative details kept separate from important instructions.

Content and navigation should not rely on colour alone to communicate essential meaning.

The regional map is an additional way to explore coverage enquiries. If the map is difficult to use, customers can use the linked regional cards, location search or the Coverage directory. Being listed does not guarantee fitter availability.

On the Book Now page, required form fields are labelled. If you cannot complete the form, contact us through another available channel so we can discuss how to receive your enquiry. Never enter sensitive payment details in the notes field.

Accessibility depends on more than the theme: installed plugins, external services, content edits, device behaviour and hosting configuration can also affect users. Some highly visual map interactions, third-party tools or future embedded media may need further testing.

We have performed local visual and responsive checks during development, but a complete live accessibility audit—including manual keyboard, screen-reader and varied-device testing—remains necessary. If we find a barrier, we will assess reasonable improvements and alternative ways to access the relevant information.

If a page is difficult to read, a button cannot be activated, a form is hard to complete or important information is unavailable in a usable format, please tell us:

• The page address or title.
• What you were trying to do.
• The problem encountered and, if helpful, your device, browser or assistive technology.
• A contact method where we can respond.

We will review the issue and aim to offer an appropriate way for you to get the information or submit an enquiry while improvements are considered.
