Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to mobile tyre availability, tyre replacement, puncture repair, pricing and roadside safety questions.
Can I request help outside normal office hours?
Yes. The online enquiry form accepts requests at any time. A request is not a confirmed booking, and response times depend on confirmed team availability.
Do you come to my home or workplace?
You can request mobile fitting at home or work, provided there is a safe, accessible space to work. The team will check the location before accepting a job.
Can you supply the right tyre for my vehicle?
Provide the tyre size from your tyre sidewall, vehicle details and any preferred brand. Availability, specification and total price are confirmed before a job is accepted.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Repair suitability depends on damage type, location, tyre condition and a proper inspection. Damage near the sidewall or a tyre driven while flat may require replacement.
How quickly will someone arrive?
Arrival estimates can only be offered after your location, tyre requirement, driver capacity and traffic conditions have been checked. We do not promise a fixed nationwide ETA.
Are prices confirmed online?
No instant prices or live stock are presented on this site. After your enquiry is reviewed, the team can provide a clear quote and explain any applicable charges before you approve.
Is the whole UK covered?
The website accepts enquiries across the UK. Individual locations and services are subject to real operating coverage and confirmed driver availability; we do not claim every postcode is always staffed.
What if I am stranded on a motorway?
Prioritise safety. If in immediate danger or stopped in a live lane, call 999. Do not attempt repairs in an unsafe position. Please follow National Highways guidance and contact us only when safe.
What details should I have ready?
Your postcode, vehicle make or model, full tyre size if known, number of affected tyres, safe parking position and telephone number help the team assess your enquiry.
Can I request a later appointment?
Yes. Tell us your preferred dates and whether the vehicle will be at home or work. Availability is only confirmed after a coordinator agrees a slot.
Can you fit tyres in a multi-storey car park?
Height limits, ventilation, vehicle access and permitted working areas may prevent a mobile fitting. Please tell us about any restrictions when you enquire.
Can you fix a tyre with sidewall damage?
Sidewall cuts, bulges or exposed structure may make the tyre unsafe to repair. A qualified inspection is needed and replacement is often necessary.
What if I do not know the tyre size?
You can send the vehicle details you know. Do not inspect a tyre in an unsafe position. The correct specification must still be established before tyres are supplied.
Do you provide a free automatic online quote?
The website does not currently display live prices. Once the service scope, tyre specification and location are understood, an operator can discuss a suitable itemised quotation.
Are wheel balancing and tyre disposal included?
These depend on the actual fitting arrangement. Ask which fitting-related services and any additional charges are included in the quote.
How do I request support for several business vans?
Choose Fleet Tyre Support and explain the number of vehicles, operating locations, tyre types and who can approve work or charges.
Will I receive a confirmation straight away?
An online acknowledgement only confirms your request has been recorded. A booking requires separate contact, agreed terms and explicit confirmation.
Can I cancel or change an appointment?
Contact the operator using the agreed booking contact details as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms depend on the arrangement made when the job was accepted.
